The majority of the events at the Ross Bandstand are promoted by external companies. This means we must abide by their policies on refunds, exchanges, lost tickets etc. This means refunds and exchanges are not permitted, unless an event is cancelled or we receive a specific instruction from the promoter of the event.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges after an event has passed due to non attendance.
In the event a show is cancelled, patrons will be issued with at least the face value of the ticket. Per ticket booking fees charged in addition to the ticket face value may not always form part of the refund.
